Follow these directions to print out a copy of the Bakas Application
Each of the files below is a scanned version of one page of the Bakas application. There are 8 pages in all, each in TIFF format. Different PCs will handle these kinds of files differently. You may have to try a couple of different things to print these files.
For each of the files, click on the
link.
- Some browsers may display the file right away within your browser
window. Then you can print the page. If the printed version is not
correct, then try the following steps.
- Some browsers will display a pop-up window when you click on the link - giving you the option to open the file or save it to disk. Select open and your PC will attempt to open the file using various software that is installed. If you can view the file, then try to print it. If the printed version is not correct, try the following.
- If the previous steps did not work, then try to download the file to your PC. You can do this from the pop-up window that is displayed when you click the link, or by right-clicking on the file link, selecting Save Target As..., and specifying a location to download the file to your PC. You can then open the file using the Open option on the Download window, or by using Windows Explorer. Once the file is opened, use the print function of the software your PC used to display it.
Once you have printed all 8 pages, fill out the forms as directed and return them to the Bakas Center.
