June 2nd – Parent meeting at Bakas 6 p.m.

June 12th – Summer Sizzle at Bakas:
Bakas will be hosting 2 weeks of horse camp this summer for kids ages
5-17.  It is first come first serve and we will take 15 kids per week.
It is open for able bodied kids as well as special needs.  If the
child is special needs they must come with another care giver if they
require lots of attention such as constant supervision, feeding, or
bath rooming.

Week # 1:
July 12-16 from 8am- 3pm  cost is $250  (additional kids in same
family are $200)

Week # 2:
July  19-23 from 8am-3pm  Cost is $250 (additional kids in same family are $200)

ADULT CAMP- for parents or adult riders will be held July 7th and 8th
from 8-3  Cost is $50 per day

All campers must bring a lunch.  We will have one field trip for each
of the kids weeks that will be included in the cost of camp.  Riding
every day and on Fri. a mini horse show and cook out.

If kids want to come both weeks, it is $250 the first week and $200 the second.

Please note:  Bakas has started to charge for classes effective February 2010. There is a $10 annual registration fee paid to Bakas to be completed with an annual medical form. Classes are $10 each. You are able to buy an advanced purchase of 4 classes per session for a cost of $40. For families with more than 1 rider, the cost will be $10 for the 1st rider, $5 for the 2nd rider, and 0 for the rest. Checks should be made out to BOCC. No cash accepted. If you miss a class, the money would not be refunded.
